The scientific paper: “An Engagement-related Behaviour Change Approach for Saving Food in Greece” of Carina Veeckman, was presented at the Workshop: Digital Technology to support Social Innovation of the 4th International Conference on Internet Science in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The workshop offers a forum to reflect on the result of experiments, pilots and tests of such platforms in order to pave the way forward for digital social innovation in the Next Generation Internet. The intended output is a concrete set of findings, important research questions and digital social innovation opportunities.
